Exit Survey & Certificate of the internship

Please note that the following procedures are now in place for interns to request a certificate after completion of their internship period :

 

Before requesting a certificate should first fill the Exit Survey available under the link below: https://extranet.who.int/dataform/355862?lang=en

 

1. After they have completed the Exit survey, interns should send from their personal email account (not from the WHO account) a message to HQinternships@who.int. The subject of the message should be “Certificate request”. The body of the message should contain the last name and the first name of the intern, the period of the internship (exact dates) and a reference to the fact that they have completed the Exit survey.  

 

2. Messages which have been correctly completed will be processed once a month as a batch and interns will receive their certificate back to their personal email account. It could therefore take more than a month for an intern to receive their certificate.
